This experimental photography project explores the collegiate Asian-American experience of reconnecting with cultural identity through the art and practice of Japanese drumming, using light and color to highlight form, movement, and expression. In addition to the stills, I explored how to translate this composition to an Instagram platform, maximizing built-in interactivity.
